MONITORING

We offer both short term and long term monitoring solutions. Services include:

  3D Monitoring and Deformation Monitoring – Here we would fix small targets on buildings, harbour walls, bridges etc. Using a Leica Viva Total Station we would survey targets, at intervals as per your request depending on the severity of deformation and risk. The data can be then be sent to clients via spreadsheet format to clearly highlight areas of concern. 

  Crack Monitoring on Buildings Etc. – This would consist of installing crack monitor plates onto buildings/slabs etc. This method is very cost-efficient, as after placement of gauges, either the client or CDS Surveys can read the data off the crack monitors to check for displacement and graph results.
